About the Wisconsin Cycling Association

The Wisconsin Cycling Association (WCA) strives to promote and advocate for cyclesport in Wisconsin and achieve safe racing environments with standards and practices partially based on guidelines provided by the International Cyclists Union (UCI), USA Cycling (USAC) and the U.S. Center for Safe Sport.

Wisconsin is home to the largest crit racing series (ToAD*), the largest state-wide mountain bike series (WORS*), the largest state-wide cyclocross series (WICX), the largest state-wide fat bike series (Hugh Jass*) and the oldest-operating outdoor velodrome (Washington Park).

The passion for cyclesport runs deep, and as the local organizing committee for Wisconsin, the WCA strives to elevate the sport of bike racing by providing resources for race promoters to make their events a success, including series organization and promotion, managing and assigning officials, providing start lists and race results, and shared resources such as race tape, stakes and barriers.

*Not organized by the WCA.
