Amateur and elite cyclists with a passion for enhancing the Wisconsin cycling communities in which we reside and ride. We are respectful and gracious competitors and cyclists who strive to host rides and events that encourage participation and are admired.
We host the Battle of Waterloo Cyclocross Race and are establishing a junior race program this year to support NICA cyclists eager to learn about USAC involvement and encourage their competitive development
